Symptom 3: Dry Skin and Lips
Solution: Hydrating your body will make your skin return to normal. Other liquids, such as herbal tea, count as water and can be used to avoid further dehydration. Experts suggest avoiding alcohol and caffeinated drinks because they counteract hydration.

Symptom 4: Light-Headedness
Solution: A continuous supply of fluids can prevent feelings of being faint. We only get two-thirds of our fluid intake from drinking, the rest comes from food such as vegetables, fruit, fish, and poultry.

Symptom 5: Dark Urine and Decreased Urine Output
Solution: Decreased urine is a sign that you’ve become severely dehydrated; you’ll need to replace the sugar and salts your body has lost as well as the fluids. Having a fruit juice and eating a salty snack will restore your electrolytes.
