Broccoli and Cauliflower With Cream Sauce

1/2 cup carrot juice
3 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
In small saucepan over high heat, boil carrot juice until reduced to 1/4 cup, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Whisk in sour cream.
Steam broccoli and cauliflower until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer to serving dish. Serve with sour cream sauce.
